The RHEIN SIEG FORUM stands for management with a focus on sustainability. We have anchored economic, social and ecological sustainability in our structures and continuously monitor their implementation. We support event organisers in the development and implementation of resource-saving and socially acceptable events.

Environmental protection and sustainability are an integral part of our identity. Sustainability management at the RHEIN SIEG FORUM is subject to a continuous improvement process and follows the principle: avoid - reduce - replace.

Reducing CO2 Emissions

  • Partners (event technology, caterers, cleaning, security services, fire security, ambulance services, etc.) come from the region, reducing transport emissions to/from the venue
  • 100% renewable energy from hydroelectric power plants
  • Pre-conditioning of outdoor air through intelligent heat recovery system
  • Intelligent lighting and ventilation management (events, set-up, office operations), e.g. set-up possible in daylight in many rooms thanks to large windows
