In general, the RHEIN SIEG FORUM is a service provider for the so-called local organiser and not an organiser itself. Therefore, matters such as the sale or return of tickets are handled by this organiser. To find out who the local organiser is in each case, please refer to our programme page under the respective event.
Tickets are available at our official advance ticket sales offices in the Siegburg City Museum and the Tourist Information Office at the train station. The staff there will be happy to advise you and assist you with purchasing or exchanging tickets. In addition, you can get tickets for most events nationwide at all official advance sales ticket offices.
You can also buy tickets online by clicking on the "Buy tickets" button. You will then be redirected to the ticket system of the respective event organiser.
You can also easily order your tickets from the comfort of your home via the ticket hotline provided by "Das Kartenhaus".
If events are not sold out, you can still purchase tickets at the box office. The box office typically opens one hour before the start of the event.
